Terms of Service

Last updated: February 21, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Supasync ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Supasync. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Service.

By using Supasync, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Service Description

2.1 Platform Functionality

Supasync provides bidirectional data synchronization between Supabase and various content management systems and platforms including Framer, Webflow, Airtable, and others. The Service enables real-time or scheduled data synchronization based on your configuration.

2.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs. We will provide advance notice when possible.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use Supasync. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords and API keys. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Restrictions

You may not: share your account credentials with others, create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, use automated systems to create accounts, or transfer your account to another party without our written consent.

4. Platform Connections and Data Synchronization

4.1 Third-Party Platform Authorization

To use Supasync, you must authorize connections to your Supabase database and third-party platforms. You represent that you have the legal right to connect these platforms and synchronize the data contained within them.

4.2 Data Accuracy and Integrity

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of your data, the means by which you acquired the data, and your use of the data. Supasync acts as a data processor and does not claim ownership of your synchronized data.

4.3 Synchronization Conflicts

In cases of data conflicts during synchronization, Supasync will apply conflict resolution rules based on your configuration. We are not liable for data loss or corruption resulting from synchronization conflicts, though we implement safeguards to minimize such occurrences.

4.4 Deletion Behavior and Data Loss Prevention

Critical: Supasync provides three configurable deletion modes to protect against accidental data loss:

  • Ignore Mode (Default): Deletions in connected platforms (Notion, Webflow, Airtable) do NOT delete data from your Supabase database. This is the safest option and prevents permanent data loss from accidental deletions.
  • Archive Mode: Deletions in connected platforms mark records as deleted in Supabase (soft delete) but preserve the data with deletion timestamps. This allows for audit trails and potential data recovery.
  • Sync Deletes Mode: Deletions in connected platforms PERMANENTLY delete data from your Supabase database. This mode carries significant risk of irreversible data loss.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for:

  • Understanding and configuring the appropriate deletion behavior for your use case
  • Maintaining independent backups of all critical data
  • Testing deletion behavior in a non-production environment before enabling in production
  • Training team members on the implications of deleting data in connected platforms
  • Any data loss that occurs due to your chosen deletion settings

Warning: If you enable "Sync Deletes Mode," you acknowledge that deletions in connected platforms will permanently and irreversibly delete data from your Supabase database. We strongly recommend using Ignore or Archive mode unless you have a specific need for synchronized deletions and have appropriate backup systems in place.

4.5 Platform Terms Compliance

You agree to comply with the terms of service and acceptable use policies of all connected platforms (Supabase, Framer, Webflow, Airtable, etc.). Violations of third-party platform terms may result in suspension of your Supasync account.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

5.1 Subscription Tiers

Supasync offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features, usage limits, and pricing. Current plans and pricing are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5.2 Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You are responsible for providing valid payment information.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your subscription tier.

5.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial purchase. Renewals are non-refundable. We may issue discretionary refunds for service outages exceeding our SLA commitments.

5.5 Usage Limits

Each subscription tier includes specific usage limits (sync operations, data volume, connected platforms). Exceeding these limits may result in service throttling or additional charges. You can monitor your usage through your account dashboard.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws; synchronize data you do not have the right to access or distribute; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code; scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; or use the Service to compete with Supasync.

6.2 Data Content Restrictions

You may not synchronize data that: infringes intellectual property rights; contains personal information without proper consent; violates privacy laws or regulations; is defamatory, obscene, or offensive; or contains malicious code or security vulnerabilities.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Supasync Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Supasync and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

7.2 Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant Supasync a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

8.1 Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or data processed through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPASYNC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Loss of data, including permanent deletion or corruption
  • Loss of use, goodwill, or reputation
  • Cost of procurement of substitute services
  • Business interruption or downtime
  • Damages resulting from deletion of data in connected platforms
  • Damages resulting from synchronization errors or conflicts

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.2 Liability Cap

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9.3 Data Loss Disclaimer

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS, DELETION, OR CORRUPTION, REGARDLESS OF CAUSE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO YOUR SELECTION OF DELETION MODE SETTINGS, SYNCHRONIZATION ERRORS, OR SERVICE FAILURES.

9.4 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Supasync and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from: your use of the Service; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party rights; or your data and its synchronization.

11. Data Backup and Loss

11.1 Your Backup Responsibility

Critical: You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining independent backups of all your data. While we implement backup systems, redundancy measures, and deletion protection features, these are provided as convenience features and do not replace your obligation to maintain your own backups.

11.2 No Liability for Data Loss

We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, deletion, or unavailability that may occur for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Synchronization errors or conflicts
  • Service failures, outages, or technical issues
  • Deletions in connected platforms (regardless of deletion mode setting)
  • User error or misconfiguration
  • Third-party platform failures or changes
  • Security breaches or unauthorized access
  • Force majeure events

11.3 Deletion Mode Acknowledgment

By using Supasync, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You understand the three deletion modes (Ignore, Archive, Sync Deletes) and their implications
  • You are responsible for selecting and configuring the appropriate deletion mode for your needs
  • If you enable "Sync Deletes Mode," you accept full responsibility for any permanent data loss that results from deletions in connected platforms
  • We provide deletion protection features as a courtesy, but you remain solely responsible for data preservation
  • You will test deletion behavior in a non-production environment before deploying to production

11.4 Backup Recommendations

We strongly recommend:

  • Maintaining automated daily backups of your Supabase database
  • Keeping backups in multiple locations (local and cloud)
  • Regularly testing backup restoration procedures
  • Using version control for critical data
  • Implementing point-in-time recovery capabilities
  • Documenting your backup and recovery procedures

11.5 Data Recovery

While we may attempt to assist with data recovery in certain circumstances, we make no guarantees about the availability, completeness, or accuracy of any recovered data. Data recovery services, if available, may be subject to additional fees.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date.

12.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will provide notice when possible.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your account data within 30 days unless retention is required by law. You remain liable for all charges incurred before termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Supasync regarding the Service.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
